§     Responsible for customer support, troubleshooting, network monitoring, and management services for customer-base throughout the Western US on telecom circuits from the DSO (56k) level up to OC48 and OC192 SONET systems.

§     Monitored network health using a variety of systems including Nortel Preside, MicroMuse NetCool, Lucent NavisCore running on HP OpenView, and other software packages.
